Custom Designs
Our innovative design and engineering team can develop a system to your specific requirements.
Whether it be an X-ray tube manipulator, conveyor, fixture positioning system, digital X-ray,
or even quality assurance destructive test machines, Orion will custom design to your requirements.
PLC & Electrical Systems
We have expanded our electrical design department to include PLC and electrical system support.
We can size and purchase transformers, motor control centers as well as support all major PLC’s
and operator interfaces (HMI). Motion control can be provided to meet your most critical and
demanding process control. For customers that require a UL® enclosure label, this service is
also now provided (both 508 and 913).
Preferred Purchase Parts
At the option of our customers, we can provide system purchase parts that are brand specific.
This will reduce your inventory requirements for spare parts and avoid costly retrofits.
Custom Engineering
Orion now has a team that can design and engineer a system tailored to your specific needs.
All types of nondestructive testing is supported as well as destructive testing. Let us look
at your specification and requirements. We also engineer cast-in-place concrete vaults. If you
are budget conscious, look at this option to save some dollars.
